This treatment normally lasts about two years, but if you’re still smoking you will have to get it re-done a lot sooner.
I’d recommend talking to your dentist about this procedure.
How well this works depends on how stained your teeth are. So if your teeth are only slightly stained, you may achieve wonderful results. I sure have and talk about it here.
